About the untypical podcast
I established Xera Consulting in August 2011 to provide a range of consulting services to businesses, with a particular interest in those that are located in regional cities and towns around Australia. In August 2017, I took the decision to merge the activities of Xera and a second brand – The Biz Whiz – to establish a single brand – Untypical Thinking.
During the past 25 years, I have worked in a variety of strategic and “hands-on” advisory roles with organisations of all shapes and sizes in every metropolitan and regional corner of Australia, covering areas such as business systems, business processes, sales and marketing, stock and debtor management, recruitment, training and education and customer service, amongst other things.
I decided to set up The Untypical Podcast – presenting conversations that are anything but typical – recognising that many small business owners and operators are time-poor, thus allowing them to listen rather than read.
The Untypical Podcast was also established in August 2017 and will be added to whenever I feel that I have something useful to share. Maybe weekly, maybe monthly – we’ll see how it goes. The best idea is to follow The Untypical Podcast on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and/or Instagram – I’ll let you know whenever a new episode becomes available. Also, the podcast is available via iTunes, TuneIn, Stitcher and most other mainstream podcast services.
I really hope that you find something useful in every episode and if you do, I’d love to hear how you feel The Untypical Podcast could help or has helped in your business. Click here to visit our Contact The Untypical Podcast page.
